Where does inspiration come from. Is it seeing someone else doing what you want to do? Is it a clip of a podcast that offers some insight? Is it watching your favorite movie or reading a book? Is it the feeling that time is running out? It's different for everyone, but the result is usually the same...pushing yourself further than what you originally thought you could attain.
